Instructions for contributors

The full schedule is now available on the website at http://www.flov.gu.se/godial/programme

Talks will be in 30 minute slots with 20 minutes for the talk and 10 minutes for questions and discussion.

Posters should be size A0 and portrait orientation.

We will also have lightning talks at the start of the poster session for you to advertise your poster. Each presenter will be allowed to show one slide and talk for 60 seconds only. This time limit will be strictly enforced!

Lightning talks

In these talks, you will introduce yourself, and present enough information to entice people to your poster. You can show one slide on screen, which will advance automatically after one minute. About 30 people will present consecutively. You are encouraged to prepare well and be creative in order to get your message across. Do not attempt to provide details on your study. Rather, try to recruit the intended audience for your poster by mentioning the study's goal and a unique finding. Your slide should include your name and poster title.
