About András Szigeti

András Szigeti is Senior Lecturer in Practical Philosophy at Linköping University (Sweden). He specializes in action theory, emotion theory and the ethics and metaphysics of individual and collective responsibility.

His most recent work has focused on diverse topics including cooperative exploitation, the folk psychology of collectivism about responsibility and agency, and the epistemic role of emotions. He has also written about collective epistemic agency, group-level causation, the emotional aspects of forgiveness and the relevance of emotion-based arguments to the possibility of moral dilemmas.

Since 2017 he has been an associate editor of the journal Ethical Theory and Moral Practice.
